SCC has used ServiceNow to run its business since 2014, our customer-first approach to Enterprise Service Management (ESM) ensures our customers get a high-quality service delivered on best-of breed technology, supporting the whole business from Customer Support, to HR, to IT and beyond.

Successful candidate will work within the SCC Software Development Team to design, develop and maintain not only ServiceNow SCC systems but also environments of other customers. They will also perform any other duties which may be allocated to them due to developing technologies and business requirements.

2.  Our expectation from you:

IT Students of 4th year with the below skillsets would be qualified for our training program:

• Smart, proactive, hungry for learning and practicing
• Team work behaviour.
• Has knowledge of JavaScript.
• Has knowledge of AngularJS, Bootstrap is a plus.
• Has basic knowledge about Web Service, REST is a plus.
• A logical, analytical and creative approach to problems.
• Good ability in self-study and research new technologies.
• Being able to communicate in English.

3.  What we train you in:

You will participate in our Servicenow training program, and during the course you will been trained about:

• Servicenow Overview - it is a cloud based software development platform that’s commonly used as a foundation for large company ITSM/ITOM management systems.
• Understand ITIL framework.
• Servicenow Administration.
• How to scripting on Servicenow platform.
• How to integrate between Servicenow and external applications.

4.  What you will achieve:

• Be able to learn the practical modern technologies which are famous in the market
• Besides technologies, you will also have a chance to learn and work in the UK and multi-national working environment.
• After 10 weeks training, you will have an opportunity to become our staff if you achieve great performance.
• Monthly training allowance: 4.000.000 VND
