Our expectation from you:

IT Students of 3rd and 4th year with the below skillsets would be qualified for our training program:

• Smart, proactive, hungry for learning and practicing
• A logical, analytical and creative approach to troubleshooting.
• Being able to communicate and create documents in English.
• Has basic knowledge in one of the following technology:
  • Windows Active Directory and FSMO roles.
  • Virtualization.
  • Exchange/ O365.
  • Windows Cluster.
  • Public Cloud.
• Any hands-on experience with server/cloud based products from the following vendors or brands is a plus: Microsoft, VMWare, Symantec, AWS, Azure.
• Willing to work on shifts.

What we train you in:

• Learn and practice in Service Operation of ITIL Framework.
• Trained in multi-national team.
• Hands on with various complex Enterprise level system technologies and equipment.

What you will achieve:

• Be able to see, learn, and apply the latest Server Management technologies on equipment from various vendors.
• Understand Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management in the scope of Service Operation, ITIL Framework
• After 10 weeks training, you will have an opportunity to become our staff if you achieve great performance.
• Monthly training allowance: 4.000.000 VND
• Free parking.
